Summary

Our health network (CKHN) has excellent opportunities to join our Family Medicine Residency faculty in a suburban setting located twenty minutes from Philadelphia.
The Family Medicine Residency Program is a dynamic program that has achieved national recognition. We are one of the first NCQA Level 3 Certified Medical Home Residency offices in the country and started the nation’s first and only Super Utilizer Fellowship. We have been recognized by the AAMC and the UCSF Center for Excellence as one of the top 3 Family Medicine “Highly-Functioning Teaching Practices” in the country. We provide excellent clinical and didactic training for our residents and offer comprehensive Family Medicine to our patients. You’ll have an opportunity to practice in a suburban office as well as provide support for our true teaching health center housed in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a Core Faculty position in our Residency Program. The successful core faculty candidate will have broad based inpatient and outpatient clinical skills and a strong interest in teaching residents and medical students. In addition, we are seeking candidates to serve as our Medical Student Coordinator and as Director of Residency Scholarly activities.
A faculty appointment at Drexel University School of Medicine will be available. These are employed positions with excellent benefits, including a generous CME allowance and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.We are located just outside of Philadelphia and enjoy convenient access to the Pocono Mountains, New York City and New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland beaches.
