East Orange General Hospital (EOGH) is seeking a per diem psychiatrist to join its collaborative team of Physicians and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in East Orange, New Jersey. EOGH has been a trusted healthcare resource for several generations and features 37 inpatient psychiatry beds and a comprehensive partial hospital/acute partial hospital program.
In this hospital employed position, you will enjoy working alongside a collegial and talented multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and mental health workers. Shifts are determined by practice needs and mutual availability.

CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Residency trained in adult psychiatry
- Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry (or soon eligible) and New Jersey (or soon eligible)
- Federal DEA/New Jersey controlled substance licensed (or soon eligible)
