Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is hiring for an Internal medicine or Family medicine physician for one of its many well-established outpatient and thriving primary care sites in either South Windsor, Vernon, or Manchester Connecticut. An esteemed and well-respected primary care physician(s), along with advanced clinical practitioners, supports each of the practice sites while staffed with a medical assistant per physician. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and rare shared phone call coverage. We are interested in a physician who puts quality patient care and compassion at the forefront with a desire to grow with our expanding primary care program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) American Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine (or soon eligible)
• Connecticut licensed (or eligible) Federal DEA/Connecticut controlled substance licensed (or soon eligible)
