REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
- Completion of an accredited General Surgery Residency
- Completion of an accredited Fellowship
- Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted Connecticut Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care (must obtain board certification within 2 years of assuming position
