Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is recruiting for a full-time Internal or Family Medicine physician for one of our well-established hospital employed primary care practice sites. This outstanding opportunity located in Vernon, Connecticut is anchored by 4 collegial and talented physicians supported by an experienced nurse practitioner and medical assistant. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime work schedule with shared limited rotation phone call coverage. We are interested in a physician who puts quality and compassionate patient care at the forefront with a desire to grow with our expanding primary care program.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Internal or Family Medicine Residency (MD or DO) (or soon eligible)
- Connecticut and Federal DEA/Connecticut controlled substance licensed (or soon eligible)
