CharterCARE Medical Associates (CCMA) a subsidy of CharterCARE Health Partners (CCHP) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/FNP to join our Care First team at our well-established outpatient practices in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Our care first model is imbedded in our primary care office and is similar to a walk in/urgent care that provides same day sick visits to patientIn this desirable hospital employed position, you will enjoy working alongside a collegial community of highly trained/skille physician(s), nurse practitioners, and/or physician’s assistants during daytime hours Monday through Friday with shared rotational beeper call coverage. We are interested in a Nurse Practitioner who puts patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate focused healthcare.

  • Board Certified or soon Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Rhode Island Family Nurse Practitioner licensed or soon eligible
  • Federal DEA/Rhode Island controlled substance licensed or eligible
