CharterCARE is seeking a part-time Oral Surgeon to join its highly skilled dental team at St. Joseph Health Center in Providence and Pawtucket, Rhode Island. St. Joseph Health Center provides comprehensive dental care to children and families. In this outpatient hospital-employed role, you will enjoy a flexible working schedule with no call coverage. The position supports both clinical and academic precepting time with oral procedures split between Saint Joseph’s Health Center and Our Lady of Fatima. 

CharterCARE Health Partners is a coordinated regional care network comprised of two acute-care hospitals, large nursing home facility, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation center, community primary care center, home health service company, an IPA and a large physician group practice. CharterCARE also operates a school of nursing. Roger Williams Medical Center (RWMC) and Our Lady of Fatima are exceptional community hospitals that consist of more than 400 beds and 550 medical staff members. RWMC is also a well-respected leader in academic research. Its academic program, which precepts internal medicine students from Brown University and Boston University, has an exceptional transition rate from internal medicine to fellowship.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Board certified Oral Surgeon in Rhode Island licensed (or eligible)
• Federal DEA/Rhode Island controlled substance licensed (or eligible)
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
