CharterCARE Health Partners is seeking a per diem psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an esteemed and collaborative medical staff community. You will enjoy working at either of our leading hospitals - Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in Rhode Island. Per Diem hours are mutually agreed upon by department and provider with weekday and weekends shifts available with support by a highly experienced psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, and behavioral healthcare providers. This role can include completing psychiatric evaluations, inpatient rounding, medical/ED consultations.  We are interested in a nurse practitioner who puts patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate focused healthcare.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of an advanced degree of a Psychiatric Mental Health Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and Board Certified
  • Active or soon eligible nurse practitioner license in Rhode Island
  • Federal DEA and controlled-substance registration or soon eligible
