Our Lady of Fatima Hospital an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners (CCHP), is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in North  Providence, Rhode Island. In this hospital employed position, you will enjoy working Monday through Friday with shared weekend call coverage alongside a an highly trained/skilled psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, and behavioral healthcare providers. This role includes completing psychiatric evaluations, rounding on our inpatient units and medical/ED  consultations . We are interested in a nurse practitioner who puts patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate focused healthcare.

CCHP provides seamless patient access to a wide range of prominent quality and caring physician specialists along with and treatment services in acute care, cancer care, oncology /bone marrow transplant, geriatric health, surgical, and behavioral health available at Roger Williams Medical Center (RWMC) and  Our Lady of Fatima Hospital (OLF). Each community hospitals represents a unique clinical talent comprised of more than 550 medical staff members. Roger Williams Medical Center is also a well-respected leader in academic research. Its academic program precepts internal medicine students from  Boston University and  has an exceptional transition rate from internal medicine to fellowship.

CLINICAL EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an advanced degree of an Psychiatric Mental Health Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and Board Certified
• Active or soon eligible nurse practitioner license in Rhode Island
• Federal DEA and controlled-substance registration or soon eligible
