CharterCARE Medical Associates (CCMA) an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners (CCHP) is inviting a Part Time  Adult Nurse Practitioner/APRN to join the well-respected home health care team in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island area to apply.  In this desirable hospital employed position, you will work in a patient home setting to  provide quality comprehensive clinical assessment, medical management treatment, work autonomy, and education to patient/families in collaboration with Primary Care Physician with shared rotation call coverage.  We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who places patient care at the forefront and demonstrates exceptional delivery of quality and compassionate focused healthcare.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of Nurse Practitioner (NP) accredited program with strong clinical background and communication skills
  • Active Rhode Island APRN unrestricted license and Federal DEA/Rhode Island controlled substance licensed or soon eligible
  • 2+ years of clinical APRN experience preferred
  • Valid Unrestricted Driver’s license and Proof of automobile Insurance
