Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is inviting an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners to apply to our thriving outpatient primary care practice located in the heart of Vernon, Connecticut area. This outstanding practice is anchored by 4 collegial and highly esteemed primary care physicians including our expert fellow care team of talented medical assistants. You will enjoy work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime work schedule with providing quality care to patients ages 18 and over with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage. We are interested in a nurse practitioner who puts superior and compassionate patient care at the forefront with a desire to grow with our expanding primary care program committed to patients, families, community, and our fellow care team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of Nurse Practitioner (APRN) accredited program with experience of 1 year or more preferred
  • Connecticut licensure and Federal DEA controlled-substance registration or soon eligible
